Lands End


He had to get right down there... Straight drop below...






So back in October we took a trip to Devon & Cornwall - I wanted to share some of the sites we saw..
Lands End being one of them...It was so windy Hannah could barely walk & started crying...Grace's ears were flapping every which way! It was amazing, invigorating.... And they had some miniature houses of the area set up... These seem to reoccur all over England.. I love them..

Oslo - Norway Folk Museum






We headed to the Nordic Folk Museum that everyone said we could not miss... We almost went to Christmas town...I am so glad that did not happen. This is by far one of the best museums I have ever gone to in my life! Lovely! So original... I want to go back and take more in.. So inspiring...the costumes, buildings, art...history... Who Knew?? .....Simply a gem!

Oslo the city



Our amazing Hotel right in the center of the city one side was the Royal Palace and the other was Parliament and the Grand Opera House... Lovely!!

While we wandered through the Christmas market eating some lovely waffle thing with chocolate on it...We happened upon an ice castle...

Next Stop Oslo - Viking Museum




The first place we visited in the gorgeous city of Oslo was the Viking Museum to see the amazing Oseberg Ship...... A must see if you are ever in this beautiful city. No one ever talks about Oslo or Norway for that matter.. what a amazing secret!

Nordic Adventure First Stop Tromso




Tromso all lit up in the daytime... Beautiful.. Not what I expected North of the Arctic Circle..
It was a very stylish city..

Girls loved the Norwegian Christmas soft drink we tried on our dinner cruise to see the Northern Lights.. No luck with the Aurora.. 


Christmas stars in every window lit up the dark daytime...Very Magical..and every store had winter hurricanes lit up outside...
